We at Anggun Medi Clinic Publika are a growing aesthetic and medical clinic committed to providing exceptional patient care and a premium customer experience. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Explain clinic promotions, packages, and services to patients.
• Coordinate doctors' schedules and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area.
• Assist with administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or a medical/aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the clinic roster.
