Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Must have costing experience.
• At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Full-Time position.

Job Responsibility

• Plan material requirements based on sales orders, production schedules, lead times, and safety stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Plan and monitor production activities to ensure production orders are completed according to plan and customer delivery requirements.
• Generate and issue production job orders in accordance with the approved production schedule.
• Maintain and update ERP system data, including production planning information and material records, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate and analyze production, inventory, material planning, and delivery reports for operational monitoring and management review.
• Coordinate with production on any stock / inventory count activities.
• Monitor production progress and recommend schedule adjustments to accommodate changes in demand, production capacity, or material availability.
• Assist and support departmental purchase on indirect material by issuing PR and follow up till the receiving of items.
• Perform any other pertinent responsibilities that may be assigned occasionally as required by management or immediate superior.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management or the immediate superior from time to time.
