To Maintan the warehouse operation with inbound and outbound process. Make sure of stock accuracy in all time and achieve customer KPI.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse administrative activities and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform WMS transactions, including inbound, outbound, inventory adjustments, and stock transfers.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by updating WMS records promptly.
• Generate and analyze warehouse operational reports using WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely processing of receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Investigate and resolve WMS discrepancies, stock variances, and system-related issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records and operational reports.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding inventory status and order fulfilment.
• Support cycle counts and stock take activities, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Assist in system testing, process improvements, and WMS enhancement projects when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or WMS-related functions.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and stock control.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and analyze inventory data.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers.
• Knowledge of warehouse SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and support operational requirements.
• Willing to work at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
