The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Your new responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis.
• Support HR processes and administrative activities.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Work closely with HR team members on daily operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What we look for

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
