Role Overview 

As an ERP Consultant, your role is pivotal in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and configure ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, conducting comprehensive process analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• ERP Implementation: Configure and customize ERP solutions to align with client requirements, leading or participating in all lifecycle phases from planning to post-implementation support.
• Data Migration: Ensure seamless, accurate, and complete data migration from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
• System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Conduct thorough testing of ERP solutions to identify and resolve issues prior to go-live.
• Training & Support: Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate a smooth system transition and provide ongoing support for client queries and customization requests.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including detailed user manuals and system operational guides.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommending and implementing best practices to maximize system benefits.
• Continuous Learning & Collaboration: Stay abreast of ERP industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including project managers and QA—to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting ERP software solutions.
• Strong understanding of core business operations (e.g., accounting, supply chain, inventory, sales, or manufacturing).
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and user training.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
