Job Description
- Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise financial performance.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
A Successful FP&A Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Monthly salary ranging from MYR 15,000 to MYR 19,500.
- 13-month salary benefit.
