About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job qualification, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational goals, and role requirements
• Source and engage suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, motivations, and career aspirations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through consistent and professional communication
• Provide market insights including salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability
• Identify opportunities to develop new business relationships and expand existing accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in internal systems
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear goals and targets
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop industry knowledge
