  • Workshop Facilitation & High-Impact Co-Design
    • Executive Alignment Workshops: Design and facilitate structured workshops, focus groups, and leadership cadence meetings to secure consensus on project scopes, design principles, and budgets.
    • Problem-Solving Interventions: Deploy root-cause analysis and design thinking methodologies to unblock stalled workstreams and resolve organizational friction points.
  • Culture Building & Capability Enablement
    • Way-of-Working Modernisation: Define, foster, and measure targeted organisational mindsets and highly collaborative, agile behaviours.
    • Team Upskilling: Act as a coach and mentor to junior PMO analysts, project managers, and decentralized change champions across the business.
  • ERP System Implementation Experience (preferred)
    • Project management and change management: Project manage, coordinate and be the change champion for ERP related projects, especially in the Finance and HCM domains.
    • Provide leadership across critical areas of the ERP project(s) milestones, ensure successful user adoption, change management and communications, helping to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where needed.
Performance Metrics & Key KPIs
