Direct Procurement Manager (GPU/ Server)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support the sourcing and procurement strategy for next-generation AI infrastructure and data center platforms.
This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities across servers, GPUs, chips, networking equipment, and related hardware components, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and supply continuity.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data center hardware procurement, cloud infrastructure supply chains, or high-performance computing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy for AI infrastructure hardware, including servers, GPUs, accelerators, CPUs, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Manage supplier relationships with global OEMs, ODMs, and semiconductor vendors.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and commercial terms management.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring supply stability and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to align procurement with capacity planning and deployment timelines.
- Monitor global supply chain trends in semiconductors, GPUs, and data center hardware.
- Manage RFQs, supplier selection, pricing negotiations, and procurement lifecycle.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with internal governance, risk management, and operational standards.
- Support inventory planning and demand forecasting for infrastructure expansion.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in:
- Data centers
- Cloud infrastructure
- Semiconductor / hardware manufacturing
- High-performance computing (HPC)
- Proven experience procuring servers, GPUs, chips, or networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure hardware ecosystem.
- Experience working with OEM / ODM vendors and global hardware suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with global hardware supply chains and semiconductor markets is a plus.
