We're Hiring: Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master / Agile Delivery)

Location: Penang, Malaysia (Hybrid – Work from Office on Monday & Tuesday)

Shift: Morning Shift (Occasional evening calls with global teams)

Are you passionate about leading Agile software delivery and driving high-performing engineering teams? We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive sprint execution by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate software releases with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
• Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Support release readiness, testing, deployment planning, and rollback strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project documentation, meeting notes, and delivery reporting.

Required Skills

3–5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Release Manager

Strong understanding of:

• Agile Scrum
• SDLC
• Jira
• Software Release Management
• Stakeholder Management

Familiarity with:

• Git / Bitbucket
• CI/CD concepts
• Docker
• Confluence

Nice to Have

• CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP certification
• TestRail experience
• ITSM or Event Management background
• Experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
