Salt Hiring! Full Time Quality Analyst (LLM, Data Annotation) in - Ricebowl

Salt is looking to hire an AI Quality Analyst for 12 months & renewable contract role with a global technology client. You will be a subject-matter expert who reviews and evaluates content, decisions, and AI-generated outputs to create high-quality reference data and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Apply detailed guidelines and policies to review, label, and evaluate content, decisions and AI-generated outputs across text, image and video with high accuracy and consistency; take part in calibration sessions to stay aligned with peers.
• Evaluate and rate the quality of AI / model-generated outputs and provide structured feedback to help improve model performance.
• Create and maintain high-quality reference ("gold standard") datasets used to train, benchmark and measure both human and AI quality.
• Identify edge cases, errors, and recurring patterns; surface ambiguities and recommend guideline improvements.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and point of reference for policy and quality questions.
• Meet accuracy, quality, and turnaround targets, document reasoning clearly.
• Adopt and support new AI-assisted review and evaluation tools as they evolve

Qualification:

• Relevant subject-matter experience (intellectual property, content or enforcement domains a plus).
• Able to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in and comfort working with AI and AI-assisted tools.
• 4 years of experience (2 years as an agent + 2 years as a QA)
• Prior experience with data annotation, labelling, AI/LLM evaluation or content review.
• Familiarity with annotation guidelines, rubrics and quality frameworks.
• Experience working across multiple data types (text, image and/or video).
• Additional language proficiency relevant to the region supported
