The Role
Here's where you'll make an impact:
- Partnering with sales and project teams to shape early-stage procurement strategies
- Defining sourcing frameworks to maintain compliance with budget, quality, and timeline expectations
- Proactively identifying and managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading high-value supplier negotiations using a Total Cost of Ownership approach
- Overseeing supplier performance, scope changes, and qualification processes
- Managing SAP-based reporting and project data to support informed decision-making
- Sharing insights and promoting best practices to drive team-wide improvement
You'll bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, project procurement, or project management within Oil & Gas or Power Generation
- Familiarity with compression and/or gas turbine equipment (advantageous)
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and cost modelling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and operating effectively in a matrix environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time
