Mastermark Pte Ltd, a leading Bird Control & Wildlife Specialist in Singapore, is excited to expand our presence into Malaysia.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive new opportunities in the Malaysian market. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying clients, building partnerships, and promoting our wildlife management solutions. If you have a strong sense of initiative, enjoy client engagement, and are excited to help us grow our footprint, we’d love to hear from you. You will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead bird and other animal management projects in Malaysia, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellent client satisfaction.
• Conduct onsite assessments at client sites across Malaysia to identify challenges and recommend customised, effective solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Singapore-based operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse Malaysian client base—address concerns, provide timely updates, and foster strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Malaysia to support portfolio growth and contribute to maintaining our regional market leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma / Degree holder with 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organised across different priorities and teams.
• Clear and confident communication skills to support internal teams and external clients.
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms.
• Previous admin or business support experience is a bonus, especially in diverse or multi-team settings.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
