Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to customer locations as assigned.
• Verify customer information and required documents.
• Prepare accurate visit reports and submit them on time.
• Maintain professional communication with customers during site visits.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Familiar with the assigned service area.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits as required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are an advantage.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
