Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
• Set up user accounts, email, and system access.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support IT projects and system implementations as assigned.
• Travel to branch offices or customer sites to provide on-site technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel as required.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
