Panda Eyes Hiring! Full Time Assistant Store Supervisor (The Curve) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

1) Supervise all retail sales associate in the assigned area and support them in achieving the company’s sales and marketing objectives.

2) Ensure company products are prominently displayed in outlet, according to the guidelines from the Store Manager/Area Manager and Marketing Team (VM).

3) Monitor the team’s attendance and ensure punctuality of the team.

4) Train snd guide new staffs to ensure smooth onboarding and understanding of job responsibilities.

5) Assist the Supervisor/ Manager in overseeing staff-related matters and resolving on-ground issues.

6) Support in -store promotions and selling when required in selected outlets.

7) Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

8) Ensure all sales targets and performance KPIs are met.

9) Fully assist Supervisor/ Manager handle day to day operation while Supervisor/ Manager is away.

10) Perform the work and align the objective together with Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements:

1) Minimum SPM or equivalents. Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.

2) At least 2-3 years of working experience in fashion retail, sales supervision.

3) Strong leadership and people management skills.

4) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

6) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Work) and basic scheduling systems.

7) Responsible, proactive, and results driven.

8) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

9) Willing to travel within assigned areas and work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
