Roles and Responsibilities

• To assist planning dept team on the daily job operation.
• Responsible to execute and monitor stock level for Finished Goods and Material based on stock holding requirement.
• Responsible on Finished goods and Material planning based on demand.
• Ensure production planning aligns with schedule compliance and is regularly updated.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for the transfer of Finished Goods/Material to customers or warehouses.
• Responsible for stock release update status FG and material from QC department.
• Responsible for checking and correcting item accuracy quantity and description for both finished goods and material stock in the system.
• Prepare the stock holding report/aging report or any report pertaining to planning.
• To highlight the excess or low stock situation at any time given.
• Maintain records, files, and documentation for the planning department.
• To ensure GMP, 5S and quality requirement of FSSCC, ISO, AIB, ASAHI are comply.
• Responsible to ensure planning operation is adhere to Quality and Environment, Safety & Health Requirement
• Responsible for Zero out of stock for Finished goods and material.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Education.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding both Bahasa and English.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email communication.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the planning department, with a focus on managing inventories of Finished Goods and raw materials.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work flexible hours.
• Prior experience with inventory system management tools like M3 or SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
