• Achieve accurate and timely sales order processing and ensure on-time delivery coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain error-free sales documentation and customer records and provide prompt customer support and follow-up.
• Maintain high data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Process customer purchase order records and update sales report.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and customer correspondence.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and delivery status.
• Support complaint handling and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Sales Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
