Human Resources

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and employment contracts.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Administer attendance, leave, employee benefits, and claims.
• Support monthly payroll by preparing attendance and employee data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment laws.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives.

Administration

• Oversee daily office administration and ensure a well-organized working environment.
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and company assets.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Maintain filing systems, company records, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices is an advantage.
• Experience with HRMS and payroll systems is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,004.35 per month
