Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Dominant Technologies & Supply (M) Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Cost Estimation & Planning: Calculating quantities, material costs, labor, and time requirements to prepare accurate budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Tendering & Contracting: Preparing tender documents, contracts, and negotiating with contractors and suppliers to secure the best prices.
• Cost Control & Reporting: Monitoring project progress against the budget, conducting valuations of work completed, and providing regular cost reports to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identifying financial risks, managing variations, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Final Account Negotiation: Managing the final settlement of accounts upon project completion

Key Requirements & Skills

• Education: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or civil engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in measuring construction work, understanding architectural drawings, and using construction software (e.g., Candy, MS Excel).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and contract law (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
• Competencies: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, negotiation prowess, and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
