About the Role

As a Part-Time Project Associate, you will support Chemin’s Delivery Team in coordinating AI data projects, people, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll work closely with Project Delivery Executives and our remote Data Annotator community, with a focus on Mandarin and Cantonese language projects.

This is a hands-on opportunity for students, fresh graduates, interns, or early-career professionals looking to build experience in project management and operations.

Work Arrangements

• RM14/hour
• Flexible part-time hours
• Remote or hybrid (optional office days at Plaza Sentral)
• Minimum 3-month contract, renewable based on performance
• Immediate start preferred

What You'll Do

• Support project setup, coordination, and documentation
• Coordinate and support remote Data Annotators
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
• Clarify project instructions and resolve operational issues
• Support internal and client communication
• Work with Mandarin and Cantonese language data

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in Mandarin and comfortable communicating in English
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Comfortable coordinating people and managing multiple tasks
• Willing to learn, ask questions, and take ownership
• Proficient in Google Workspace

Bonus:
