Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, site supervision, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).

Working Days & Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Alternate Saturday leave will be provided after successful completion of the 3-month probation period
