Job Requirements:

1. Present, promote and sell products/service using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

2. Perform cost-benefit and meets analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

3. To meet sales forecast and budget for the assigned territory

4. To look out and submit quotation for tender of products issued by private and government institutions at the end of each year

5. To build up and penetrate new sales area.

6. To achieve sales target set by company.

7. To develop and maintain good business relationship with client

8. Responsible in hosting professional presentations of the range of standardized products to our clients. At most, establish and offer customized products to meet the clients’ needs.

9. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

10. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling and visit

11. Visit with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

12. Ensure the availability of stock for sales

13. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

14. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

15. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

16. Prepare monthly Sales presentation

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or any equivalent academic studies

Able to speak/understand Mandarin is an added advantage.

Well managed personality.

Strong social expert.

Willing to travel, and has flexible time management.

Experience in leading/supervising a team before is an added advantage

This job will be handle Selangor area, can start ASAP

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Working Hour: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
