Job Responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing approaches.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline for the sales team.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding marketing principles and business strategies. Minimum 2 years working experience in building materials is preferable.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Client Relationship Management, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
• Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Display excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales and marketing field.
• Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and willing to travel to outstation and overseas.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
