About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our AI Project and help deliver high-quality AI-powered digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for building automation frameworks, ensuring software quality, and validating AI-driven applications, including Generative AI, chatbots, copilots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Execute regression, integration, smoke, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop testing strategies and establish quality standards for AI-enabled applications.
• Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and safety.
• Test Generative AI applications, Chatbots, Microsoft Copilot, and RAG solutions.
• Identify AI risks such as hallucinations, bias, data leakage, and reliability issues.
• Perform API, performance, load, and security testing.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and AI Engineers in an Agile environment.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software QA and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium
• Playwright
• Appium
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages:
• Java
• Python
• C#
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

AI ExperienceRequired

• Experience testing AI-enabled applications.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.

Preferred

• Experience testing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and benchmark testing.
• Exposure to AI observability, AIOps, prompt testing, or prompt optimization.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and AI governance.
