Interview will be conducted on-site in Taiwan. Upon successful hiring, the selected candidate will be relocated and dispatched to work in the United States.
SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving machining process. Skilled in process optimization, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and developing manufacturing documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing machining processes for metal components and parts.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining CNC machining programs, designing and improving fixtures and tooling, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Read product design and arrange processing order for CNC machines involving lathe, milling, and/or lathe milling.
Implementing CAD/CAM fixture design, CNC programming, GD&T inspection gauging, and cutting tools selection.
Confer with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
Other responsibilities may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: May directly supervise employees in the Engineering department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Four- year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or approval of the Vice President of Engineering.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, or members of the business community. Must be able to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
REASONING ABILITY: Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
