1.Order & Invoice Processing:

2 Enter purchase orders, check data accuracy, and create invoices.

3.Customer Support: Answer client questions, fix billing errors, and share delivery updates.

4.Record Keeping: Update customer files and sales data in the system.Team & Logistics Coordination:

5.Work with shipping and finance teams to make sure orders arrive on time.

6.Sales Reporting: Make regular reports on sales numbers and team goals.
