Company Description Hammer Works Sdn Bhd is a specialized event production house that brings event spaces to life through expert carpentry, stage setup, and physical event builds. The team fabricates and installs custom stages, backdrops, booths, and structural elements tailored to each event’s concept and requirements. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency, Hammer Works supports diverse events such as corporate functions, roadshows, exhibitions, and large-scale public activations. Role Description The 3D Designer role at Hammer Works Sdn Bhd is a full-time position based in WP Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The 3D Designer will translate event concepts into detailed 3D visuals, including stages, booths, backdrops, and structural layouts that support client presentations and internal planning. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining 3D models, setting up lighting and materials, preparing renders and animations, and collaborating closely with project managers, carpenters, and production teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable. The role also involves updating designs based on feedback, maintaining organized project files, and supporting graphic design needs for visual proposals, pitch decks, and event collateral as required.

  • Proficiency in Lighting and Animation for realistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.

  • Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and the ability to translate concepts into buildable designs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site and remotely.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing event requirements.
