About the role

Focused on the promotion of AMD embedded x86 solutions. Involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the embedded x86 market. This role requires a strong understanding of embedded systems, particularly x86 architecture, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing the embedded x86 market, identifying potential customers and partners, and developing business development strategies to penetrate target markets.
• Generating leads through various channels (e.g., campaigns, networking, events, online marketing) and qualifying them based on technical requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company's embedded x86 solutions as the best fit.
• Collaborating with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Tracking sales progress, forecasting future sales, and providing regular reports to management on business development activities.
• Working closely with marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies and client needs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering field of study.
• Prior experience in a similar sales / business development role in the Electronics industry would be highly preferred.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Technical knowledge of embedded systems, x86 architecture and related hardware / software ecosystems or AMD embedded processors and solutions would be highly advantageous.
