WE’RE HIRING: EVENT MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Visual Retale is looking for an organised, resourceful and creatively driven Event Marketing Associate to bring our industry events and brand experiences to life.

This is an events-centric role for someone who enjoys transforming ideas into well-executed experiences—from developing the initial concept and programme to coordinating speakers, partners, vendors and guests.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and execute corporate events, industry forums, client engagements and brand activations

• Develop event concepts, themes, programmes and audience engagement ideas

• Manage event timelines, budgets, venues, vendors and on-ground logistics

• Coordinate with speakers, partners, clients and internal teams

• Support invitations, RSVP management and attendee communications

• Work with creative teams to develop event collateral and promotional content

• Ensure smooth on-site execution, including set-up, registration and programme flow

• Support post-event reporting, content and lead follow-ups

• Assist with selected brand and marketing initiatives when required

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in events, marketing, communications or a related role

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and moving parts

• Creative, proactive and solutions-oriented

• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams

• Willing to support occasional events outside standard working hours

• Experience within media, advertising, agencies or B2B events would be an advantage
