**Job Summary**
Join our vibrant matcha café as a Service Crew member, where you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about Japanese tea culture and customer service. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in your role.
**Job Description**
• Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism, taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve matcha beverages and ice-cream and dessert items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE certification, or equivalent qualification, Malaysians welcomed (Work Permit)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; prior F&B experience is advantageous but not essential
