The Role

Drive end-to-end performance across a large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing plant in Johor. Key accountabilities include:

• Shaping and executing the site's long-term strategic roadmap across capacity, capability, and operational excellence
• Full P&L ownership - operating budget, labour productivity, inventory, and capital investment
• Overseeing a major campus expansion from equipment installation and validation through to full production ramp
• Leading a lean and digital transformation programme, embedding Industry 4.0 practices at site level
• Directing a cross-functional matrix team across Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Digital
• Building a high-performance culture through visible, enabling leadership

What We're Looking For

A proven senior leader with the depth to match this scope. You'll bring:

• 15+ years in manufacturing, with 8+ years in senior site leadership of a 24/7, high-volume environment
• P&L accountability at site level, spanning capital planning and workforce optimisation
• A proven track record in site expansion, ramp, or greenfield/brownfield programmes
• Strong lean and operational excellence credentials with demonstrable transformation results
• Regulated manufacturing background - medical devices, pharmaceutical, or comparable high-compliance preferred
• Exposure to digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 adoption at site level
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA advantageous
• Familiarity with the Malaysian or Southeast Asian operating environment preferred
