Aarorn Technologies Inc Hiring! Full Time Business Analyst in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of business and technology solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience in the Finance domain is highly preferred
• Exposure to or experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage
• Experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects is a plus

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur office (near SOGO Mall).
This position requires employees to work onsite.
