Responsibilities
Sales Manager
Basic Salary: S$3,500 – S$6,000 (commensurate with experience) + Attractive Commission
High performers can earn S$6,000 – S$8,000+ per month.
Working Location: Islandwide (assigned outlet will be discussed during the interview)
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team to achieve sales targets.
* Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.
* Conduct professional customer consultations and recommend suitable services, treatment packages and retail products.
* Drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service.
* Coach Hair Stylists, Beauticians and Manicurists to improve sales and service standards.
* Monitor daily sales, KPIs and outlet performance, and implement improvement plans.
* Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Handle customer feedback professionally.
* Work closely with Management on sales strategies and promotions.
* Prepare sales reports and perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
* Relevant sales and leadership experience is preferred.
* Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail or service industry is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with a proven sales track record are welcome to apply.
* Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
* Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
* Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
