about the company

My client is hiring a D2C Website Specialist (.com) to own andscale our regional brand websites (.com) across Asia-Pacific.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute D2C strategies to grow revenue and scale traffic across our regional brand sites.
• Use A/B testing and UX/UI data to reduce friction, fix drop-offs, and boost checkout conversion rates.
• Partner with agencies to run targeted paid media (Google, Meta, TikTok) and SEO that drives direct traffic to our sites.
• Lead automated email campaigns, CRM retention strategies, and exclusive D2C product/GWP promos to increase customer lifetime value.
• Work with local market leads to balance direct .com growth with offline retail and distributor relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience growing an owned D2C brand website /.com (Salesforce SFRA, Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar).
• Proven track record in CRO, web analytics (GA4), A/B testing, and full-funnel digital marketing.
• Experience managing media agencies, site traffic acquisition, and retention/CRM workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regional matrix environment.
