about the job

An exciting 2-month contract for an Event Guest Relations Specialist offering up to S$/2,500 monthly.

• Coordinate VIP invitations and conduct daily outreach via direct channels to secure executive attendance.

• Engage with lunch sponsors and cross-functional teams to align event execution and production.

• Maintain reserve attendee rosters to ensure maximum seat utilization and a premium event experience.

• Deliver clear and timely updates to internal and external partners before, during, and after events.

• Manage event logistics including audio-visual, staging, briefing materials, and venue arrangements.

• Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or corporate client-facing roles.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse executive stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in standard office productivity software including document and spreadsheet tools.
