1-Year Contract | Human Resources | Benefits & Process Improvement

We are hiring Contract HR Executives to support employee benefits, HR systems and process improvement initiatives. This role is suitable for candidates with an interest in HR operations, automation, employee benefits and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the review and improvement of HR benefits processes through automation and digital solutions

* Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate system enhancements and implementation projects

* Track project outcomes and prepare reports on process improvements and operational efficiency

* Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials

* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements and regulatory changes

* Assist in the coordination of employee wellness initiatives and vendor management activities

* Provide administrative support for HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline

* Prior experience in HR operations, employee benefits, HR systems or project coordination is an advantage

* Familiarity with process improvement, workflow automation or UAT is a plus

* Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and stakeholder management skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
