Job Summary

The Operations Assistant supports daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure smooth production processes, efficient coordination, and timely delivery of products. This role involves administrative support, coordination with different departments, monitoring production schedules, and assisting with operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in coordinating daily production and operational activities.

·        Support the operations team in monitoring production schedules and ensuring production orders are completed on time to meet deadlines.

·        Prepare and maintain operations documents and records.

·        Coordinate with production, warehouse and purchasing and quality team to ensure smooth operations.

·        Monitor production inventory levels and assist with stock control.

·        Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating when necessary.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

·        Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

·        Diploma in Business Admin, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

·        1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production support preferred

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·        Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

·        Attention to detail and problem solving skills
