Job Summary

We seek a results-driven E-Commerce Associate to lead and grow our online jewellery business by managing multiple e-commerce platforms, executing digital sales strategies, and improving online performance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and performance of the Company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces to drive business growth
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and revenue
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, flash sales, and marketplace events to boost engagement and sales
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, website traffic, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights for Management
• Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activities, and consumer buying patterns to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, product visibility, and search rankings to maximize sales performance
• Coordinate inventory planning and stock availability with internal teams to minimize stock shortages and maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all online platforms
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute digital marketing initiatives, advertisements, and social media campaigns supporting sales goals
• Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, Retail, and Finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and operational excellence
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and business analyses to inform Management decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience
• Stay informed on emerging e-commerce technologies, marketplace developments, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Proven experience managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable business recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications to support data analysis and reporting
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate across teams and with external partners
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
