Position Overview:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for performing massages, and skin and body treatments in accordance with organisational service standards and procedures. He/she possesses knowledge of spa treatments and provides basic consultation and recommendations to customers based on their needs. He/she also ensures the smooth running of daily operations and maintenance of hygiene and safety standards.

The Role

Perform Spa and Wellness Services

• Provide basic consultation and recommendation based on customer's needs
• Deliver spa and wellness therapy services in accordance with organisational service standards and procedures

Service & Operation Excellence

• Build relationships with guests during service and interaction
• Possess complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
• Actively upsell and promote the spa, treatments, services, products, and programs
• Maintain stock inventory according to operational needs
• Prepare and maintain work area and equipment for service delivery

Hygiene and Safety Standards

•  Observe personal sanitation and health practices
•  Provide guests with information and equipment required for safe delivery of service

Talent Profile

•  At least 1 year of experience in a luxury spa or similar field
•  Possess the relevant license and certifications
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•  Customer-oriented individual, focus on and prioritise guest needs
•  Ability to work well under pressure and perform job functions with minimal supervision
