We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate who is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll assist in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and marketing campaigns. If you're detail-oriented, resourceful, and have a knack for storytelling, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage content creation for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube etc.).
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and improve marketing strategies.
• Assist in designing promotional materials, infographics, and presentations.
• Help track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Support administrative tasks related to marketing, such as organizing content calendars and reports.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding.
• Strong writing and communication skills for crafting engaging content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, or video editing tools.
• Analytical mindset to interpret marketing data and trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a creative and proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to details.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or paid advertising (Facebook/Google Ads) is a bonus but not required.
