Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance, including basic troubleshooting.
• Supervise contractor works and report job progress.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and work reports.
• Monitor workplace safety of contractors.
• Lead a team, coordinate daily activities, schedule deployments, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems
• Performing maintenance of electrical systems
• Inspecting,analyzing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Sourcing replacement parts.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
• Fabricating any components required.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
