Responsibilities

Assessment & Therapy

  • Conduct basic physiotherapy assessments and set short-term, measurable goals for children with special needs.
  • Deliver supervised therapy sessions using physical therapy and sensory integration techniques suited to each child.

Program Development

  • Design play-based early intervention plans and adapt exercises to home and classroom routines.
  • Maintain clear progress notes and update programmes based on observed outcomes.

Teamwork & Clinic Support

  • Work closely with teachers, occupational therapists, and families to align goals and share practical strategies.
  • Support clinic operations including basic equipment care and session preparation to help services run smoothly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, or currently completing a relevant qualification.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply and learn on the job.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with early intervention concepts, sensory integration therapy, and core physical therapy techniques.
  • Understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders and practical approaches for working with special needs children.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Patient, warm communicator who can explain exercises to caregivers and motivate children.
  • Collaborative, reliable, and open to feedback within a small, supportive team.

As a Junior Physiotherapist you will help build practical early intervention physiotherapy programmes and simple therapy pathways that improve mobility, independence, and daily function for our learners.
