Job Responsibilities

• Travel Support — Assist with packing, accompany the principal on outings, and provide Support
• Public Relations & Styling — Coordinate event appearance preparations including makeup scheduling, outfit coordination, and styling area setup
• Administrative Support — Handle meeting minutes, document processing, and data filing
• Household & General Affairs — Oversee household environment, inventory organisation, meal arrangements, wardrobe management, and interior styling of living spaces
• Procurement — Purchase and source items including gowns, handbags, cosmetics, and skincare products; accompany principal to exclusive launches and product arrivals; maintain vendor directories
• Ad-hoc Duties — Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors from time to time

Working Arrangements

• 5-day work week on a rotating 8-hour shift (9am–6pm or 10am–7pm)
• 1 weekday off + 1 weekend off per week
• Meals provided (lunch/dinner)

Job Requirement

• Prior experience serving a high-net-worth individual or family will be a distinct advantage
• Must be willing and able to travel when required
