Associate Director, M&A

Our client is an international Investment Banking and they are looking for an Associate Director to cover their M&A portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers &

acquisitions, debt capital markets and equity capital markets.

• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, marketing and valuation decks.

• Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis.

• Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company specific research.

• Participate in transaction due diligence, data room management and liaison with clients

• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates

• Prepare client presentations

• Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and to support office functions

• Work with and manage interns from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field from a reputable university

• Preferably 5 years related work experience

• Accounting principles

• Financial concepts

• Financial modeling and valuation

• MS Excel and Powerpoint
