Responsibilities

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to support our team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company. If you’re someone who takes initiative, values continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. BAU & Issue Resolution: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve ongoing system issues, bugs, and technical debt to ensure the smooth operation of our Sales and Service Cloud environments.
  2. Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive data analysis across Salesforce and connected external databases. Reconcile data discrepancies between systems to ensure data integrity.
  3. Code Review & Quality Assurance: Support code reviews for the development team. Ensure all code deployments follow best practices, are highly performant, and strictly adhere to Salesforce guidelines.
  4. System Health Monitoring & Alerting: Proactively monitor overall Salesforce system health, API usage, and Governing Limits.
  5. Configuration & Platform Management: Manage, debug, and optimize complex Salesforce configurations across data models, object schemas, security settings (OWD, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, FLS), and automation frameworks (Flows, Process automation).

Requirements

  1. Language: Exceptional business-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory. You must be highly comfortable translating complex technical issues into plain English for non-technical stakeholders and collaborating seamlessly across departments. Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
  2. Core Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Integrations) , LWC and Flow.
  3. Advanced Database & SQL Skills: Strong proficiency in standard SQL for complex data querying, extraction, and cross-system data analysis, in addition to expert-level knowledge of Salesforce SOQL/SOSL.
  4. Native Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in using Salesforce’s native monitoring capabilities, such as Debug Logs, Event Monitoring (Event Log Files), and Apex Exception Emails to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or system errors.
  5. Agile & BAU Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, context-switch efficiently between urgent support tickets and ongoing development tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  6. Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) and Salesforce Admin are required. Other senior certifications are highly preferred.
  7. Problem Solver: A proactive troubleshooter who doesn't just put out fires, but identifies root causes to prevent future issues.
  8. AI-Forward Mindset: Demonstrates a strong curiosity for exploring AI technologies and an eagerness to leverage "agentic" approaches (e.g., AI agents, copilots) to innovate problem-solving, accelerate debugging, and automate repetitive BAU tasks.
