Business Analyst – Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Automation to help improve business processes through automation. You will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop or support automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Create reports and track process improvements, such as cycle time and error reduction.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Around 2-3 years of Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Must have IT Infrastructure Project Coordination experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification.
