The Role
A hands-on HR role with real strategic influence.

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the Employment Act, JTK, and JTP requirements
• Manage industrial relations matters, including IRER cases, with professionalism and care
• Champion team culture through engagement programmes and team bonding initiatives
• Coordinate internal training sessions on HR and workplace-related topics
• Facilitate the performance appraisal cycle and support employee development planning
• Oversee administration for foreign workers holding valid work permits

What We're Looking For
Where strategy meets sleeves-rolled-up HR delivery

• Strong command of Malaysian employment law, including JTK and JTP regulations
• Demonstrated experience in IR and IRER case management
• Mandarin-speaking ability
• A natural communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Prior exposure to an industrial or operational working environment is an advantage
