Position: Safety & Health Executive cum HR Assistant

Job description:

• To handle all matters in regards to occupational safety & health;
• To conduct risk assessment and hazard control;
• To handle all incident and emergency which include proper reporting and submission;
• To maintain documentation and records;
• To conduct relevant training & awareness;
• To assist on premises registration to DOSH which include insurance requirement;
• To set and maintain safety committee;
• To recommend continuous improvement toward all safety and health matters;
• To maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
• To assist in daily HR and administrative matters;
• To support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation;
• To provide backup support for other HR duties when required.
• To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Management from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion deem fit.

Requirement:

·       Minimum Diploma or relevant certification in Safety and Health, or related field.

·       Possess valid driving license class for travelling

·       Candidates with at least 2 years in safety & health experience (internship included) are encouraged to apply

·       Understanding on relevant Act, HIRARC, Emergency Response Planning, Fire Safety, Basic First Aid and Microsoft office

·       Be flexible to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, or public holidays when necessary

·       Free from criminal record
