Job Responsibilities:

• Provide IT Support and troubleshooting to end-users dealing with PC-related problems, encompassing hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Install, set up, and keep up desktop operating systems, software programs, and peripheral devices.

• Work with vendor and support team on resolving system and network issues.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches.

• Perform IT inventory management including software and hardware when required.

• Ensure security and privacy of the company's data and systems.

• Communicate technical enquiries or training to non-technical staff.

Job Requirements:

With previous experience as an IT Support Engineer, together with:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.

• Good knowledge and experience in computer hardware and software systems is a must.

• Good knowledge and experience with network and system administration is desired.

• Strong ability to analysis reported issues and findings for effective technical troubleshooting.

• Strong communication skills to both technical and non-technical personnel.

• Ability to work independently at different sites or locations.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Minimum of 2-year work experience is required, candidate with less experience may also be considered.

• Experience working in technical support role will be an advantage but not a must.

• Experience working in retail or F&B industry will be an advantage but not a must.
